Marie-Noelle and I went to Whistler Jan 22-23. It started snowing around lunch time on Sunday and continued when we left Monday afternoon. Whistler has a first tracks deal for an extra $16. With this you get to wait in line starting a 6:30 am, go for a gongola ride at 7:15, eat all you eat continental breakfast and first tracks at 8:00. Getting up at 6 sucked but first tracks with 25cm of fresh snow was unforgetable.
